NCBE’s July 2025 Bar Exam Results reported that Utah achieved the highest overall bar passage rate nationwide at 86%.
On April 1, 2026, average lawyer salaries in Arizona ranged from $95,825 for entry-level attorneys overseeing routine matters (Attorney I) up to $242,617 for experienced professionals managing complex cases (Attorney V). Attorneys in Attorney III roles, responsible for highly complex work with moderate oversight, earned an average of $179,597 in Arizona, while the nationwide average for similar roles was $187,549.
