Aliya Tripp, a Cottonwood High School alum and current member of the UMSL Tritons, is set to compete in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.
The team will enter the tournament as the No. 7 seed and face off against No. 2 seeded Ferris State Bulldogs in the opening round.
Their first contest is scheduled for Friday, March 13 at 2:30 p.m. at GVSU Fieldhouse.
