On Friday, March 13, Jack Wistrcill, a former Olympus High School standout, helped his current college team, the Point Loma Sea Lions, secure a 76-61 win over the Northwest Nazarene Nighthawks in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.
The match, held at Pioneer Gymnasium at noon, marked the first tournament contest between the Sea Lions and the Northwest Nazarene Nighthawks.
The Sea Lions are slated to play their next game at Pioneer Gymnasium on Saturday, March 14 at 5 p.m.
