On April 1, AP Buildings King, Michael T LLC sold their commercial property at 2511 S. State St., S. Salt Lake to 2505 LLC. The property is appraised at $1,382,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $17,579.23, 1.27% of the appraised value of the home.

So far in April 2022, 11 properties sold in South Salt Lake.

According to the Utah Lieutenant Governor, there were two registered voters residing at 2511 S. State St., S. Salt Lake as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jacqueline Birrueta, and David F. Martinez, 37.
