City of Holladay issued the following announcement on May 27.

Interested parties are encouraged to watch the video stream of the meeting on the City of Holladay webpage. Participation in public hearings portions of the meeting can be accomplished in either of the following ways:

In-person attendance: at Holladay City Hall – space is limited to pre-arranged socially distanced seating

Emailed comments: must be received by 5:00 pm on 05/30/2022 to the Community and Economic Development Department; jteerlink@cityofholladay.com

PUBLIC HEARING – ACTION ITEMS 

 Zone Map Amendment – Rezone – Remove FCOZ Overlay at 5560 S Wasatch Blvd

Review and recommendation to City Council on a proposal by applicant Robert Jensen to amend the Holladay Zone Map at this location from the current, to remove the FCOZ overlay regulations for approximately 1.9 acres of property as per legislative review procedures set forth in Holladay Ordinance 13.07.   File #22-4-05

 Zone Map Amendment – Rezone from R-1-21 to R-1-10 at 5203 S Highland Drive

 Review and recommendation to City Council on a proposal by applicant JNG Investments to amend the Holladay Zone Map at this location from the current, Single Family Residential per half-acre zone (R-1-21) to the Single Family Residential per 10,000 sq ft zone (R-1-10) for approximately .60 acres of property, as per legislative review procedures set forth in Holladay Ordinance 13.07.     File #22-04-06 

  Zone Map Amendment – Rezone from RM to PO at 4525 South 2300 East

Review and recommendation to City Council on a proposal by applicant Grey Fedora Properties to amend the Holladay Zone Map at this location from the current, Residential Multi-family zone (RM) to the Professional Office zone (PO) for this existing office building property as per legislative review procedures set forth in Holladay Ord. 13.07.   File #22-4-05 

“Brimhall” Subdivision – Plat Amendment & Minor Street Vacation – approx. 2810 E Jennie Ln (R-1-10)

Review and consideration of a joint City of Holladay and Property Owner application to vacate right of way by adjusting the curvature and alignment of the public street at this location and to amend the subdivision accordingly. As per Holladay Ord. 13.10, 14.48.           File #22-1-04
