City of Holladay issued the following announcement on May 20.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Planning Commission will hold a public three (3) public hearings on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 beginning as close to 6:00 P.M. as possible. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a proposal by property owner Robert Jensen to amend the Holladay Zone Map for approximately 1.90 acres of property, located at 5560 S Wasatch Blvd., Holladay UT, by removing the current FCOZ overlay zone regulations (Foothill Canyons Overlay Zone) to this underlying R-1-21 zone.
The purpose of the second hearing is to consider a proposal by JNG Investments to amend the Holladay Zone Map for approximately .60 acres of property located at 5203 S Highland Dr, from the current R-1-21 zone to R-1-10 for the purpose of supporting a proposed two-lot single-family home subdivision.
The purpose of the third hearing is to consider a proposal by Grey Fedora Properties to amend the Holladay Zone Map for approximately .837 acres of property located at 4525 South 2300 East, from the current R-M zone to PO for the purpose of supporting and continued an existing office building.
The proposals are available for public inspection on the City’s website, www.cityofholladay.com or during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, Utah, 84117.
