PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold a Council meeting Thursday, July 14, 2022 at 6:00 pm It is possible that a member of the Council will be participating by electronic means. The Council Chambers shall serve as the anchor location.  * Agenda items may be moved in order, sequence and time to meet the needs of the Council

Persons desiring to make public comment or to make comment during any public hearing may provide such comments as follows:

Public Hearing on Proposed Rezone for Property Located at 4525 S 2300 E from R-M (residential multi-family to PO (Professional office) (a proposal by applicant Grey Fedora Properties to amend the Holladay Zone Map at this location from the current, Residential Multi-family zone (RM) to the Professional Office zone (PO) for this existing office building property)
  5. Consideration of Ordinance 2022-17 Amending the Zoning Map for Property Located at 4525 S 2300 E from R-M (residential multi-family to PO (Professional office)
  6. Public Hearing on Proposed Rezone for Property Located at 5203 S Highland Dr from R-1-21 to R-1-10 (a proposal by applicant JNG Investments to amend the Holladay Zone Map at this location from the current, Single Family Residential per half-acre zone (R-1-21) to the Single Family Residential per 10,000 sqft zone (R-1-10) for approximately .60 acres of property)
  7. Consideration of Ordinance 2022- 18 Amending the Zoning Map for Property Located at 5203 S Highland Dr from R-1-21 to R-1-10
  8. Public Hearing on Proposed Rezone for Property Located at 5560 S Wasatch Blvd by Removing the FCOZ (foothill canyons overlay zone) Overlay Zone Regulations (a proposal by applicant Robert Jensen to amend the Holladay Zone Map at this location from the current, to remove the FCOZ overlay regulations for approximately 1.9 acres of property)
  9. Public Hearing on Proposed Street Vacation at Approximately 2810 Jennie Ln (a joint City and Property Owner application to vacate right of way by adjusting the curvature and alignment of the public street at this location and to amend the subdivision accordingly)
  10. Consideration of Ordinance 2022-19 Vacating a Portion of a Public Right-of-Way at the Junction of Jennie Ln and Naniloa Dr.
  11. Consideration of Resolution 2022- 18 Approving an Interlocal Agreement with Salt Lake County for Aerial Photography
  12. Consideration of Resolution 2022-19 Granting Advice and Consent of the City Council for the Appointment of Members to the Planning Commission
