NOTICE OF A PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING
GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT, MODERATE-INCOME HOUSING ELEMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 30th 2022, at 6:30 pm. The purpose of the hearing is to take public input on amendments to the Moderate Income Housing Element to the General Plan (Chapter 5). The proposed amendment is not applicable to any specific location, but would apply generally throughout the City and will comply with new requirements adopted State Legislature during the 2022 Legislative Session. Following the first public hearing, the Planning Commission will forward a recommendation to the City Council. The City Council will make a final decision in a separate meeting.
A draft of the Moderate Income Housing Element will be available for review starting August 22nd, 2022 on the City’s website, www.cityofholladay.com or during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay UT 84117.
