WASHINGTON, D.C. – On Apr 28, 2023, Rep. Burgess Owens (UT-04) joined 30 Members of the Congressional Western Caucus to introduce a resolution expressing the sense of Congress that an “all of the above” energy plan is the most viable approach to American energy independence.
